As part of the elite team at Pacific Edge, Tony is ideally positioned to provide clients with savvy and strategic advice in one of the world's most complex real estate environments. His experience as an owner’s representative on commercial, residential, and estate projects gives him a deep understanding of what it takes to evaluate, improve, and manage a property—from feasibility studies and permitting to budgeting and construction oversight. He brings that perspective to every transaction.

When Tony walks through a home with a client, he’s looking well beyond the listing sheet—assessing the systems, understanding the potential of the property, considering the scope and cost of improvements, and digging into permit history to help clients see both the opportunities and the potential challenges.

When he's not walking a property or reviewing plans, you'll likely find Tony planning the next adventure with his amazing wife, Beryl, trying out something new in the kitchen, or chasing a respectable score on the golf course.
