Pacific Heights is a highly coveted neighborhood, one of the many reasons includes the variety of food to choose from within the neighborhood. Below you will find some of the top restaurants, as voted by the locals on Google. From Mediterranean to French cuisine, everyone will find a favorite dinner spot in Pacific Heights very quickly.
La Mediterranee is an award winning Mediterranean restaurant in Pacific Heights. Opened in 1979, this family-owned and operated cozy restaurant makes everything from scratch with fresh ingredients. Inspired by Armenian and Lebanese family recipes, they are consistently voted "Best Middle Eastern" and "Best Mediterranean" in the San Francisco Bay Area by the San Francisco Examiner, SF Weekly, and more. Local Pacific Heights residents love the ambiance, vegan options, heated patio, and large portions at this Pacific Heights staple.
Choquet's is a simple three-element dining experience located in Pacific Heights. Their goal is to make your meal a meal-to-remember, and remember, you will! Their three elements of dining include eating differently, providing dedicated service, and a simple yet curated look. Oh and they also have over 70 wines from small vineyards all around the world. Locals rant and rave about their french onion soup, fast and friendly service, and brunch options.
Eliza's in Pacific Heights is a longtime local go-to for Chinese-American food cravings. Their mu shu pork, basil chicken, and mongolian beef are to-die-for, but they also have incredible eggplant dishes like their garlic eggplant and spicy eggplant platters. For 20 years, locals have been going to Eliza's to satiate their Chinese food craving.
Since 2006 Troya has been serving San Francisco locals a unique blend of Turkish-Mediterranean fare and hospitality. Their Pacific Heights restaurant is the second location to open. Locals love their excellent service, lamb, lentil soup, and roasted cauliflower. Troya is another great brunch spot in Pacific Heights with a $60 brunch sampler for 2.
