Our clients moved to the US with the ultimate American Dream: Homeownership. As we all know, that's not an easy feat in the Bay Area, and even more daunting in San Francisco's toughest market: The Sunset District. 

With a tight budget of $1.2MM, they initially hired an agent who wasn't helping them make much progress. After a dozen rejected offers, most people would have thrown in the towel. In the prior 6 months, there had only been eleven sales of vacant single-family homes in their price range in the Sunset and Parkside. That's a pretty small target to hit! After getting into contract for a great price, we negotiated even more concessions for them, including another price reduction and an early close that allowed them to secure a lower interest rate.
